2. Main Uses of NT P Files (NiTi Pulp Extirpation Files):

   1. Removing pulp tissue

      • NT P files are designed for quick and efficient pulp extirpation (removal of the pulp) from the root canal.

   2. Initial canal cleaning

      • Used in the early stages of treatment to clear out soft tissues, necrotic material, or remnants before shaping.

   3. Efficient in wide or straight canals

      • Their design is more suitable for straight or large canals, like anterior teeth or upper premolars.

   4. Reducing bacterial load before shaping

      • Helps in initial debridement to reduce infection and prepare the canal for further instrumentation.

   5. Used with slow-speed handpiece or manually

      • Depending on the type, NT P files may be used manually or in a motor at low speed.
