- Eligibility: This program applies only to eligible intraoral scanners from the same brand. Cross-brand trade-ins, downgrades, or same-model exchanges are not accepted.
- Evaluation & Approval: All requests are subject to technical review and verification. Final approval depends on the scanner’s model and condition.
- Condition Disclosure: Customers must provide accurate information, including serial number and condition. Discrepancies may affect eligibility.
- Trade-In Value Determination: Final value is determined after evaluation and may vary based on age, usage, and condition.
- Return & Alternative Handling: If returning the scanner is difficult, it may remain with the customer. In such cases, our technical team may remotely lock or deactivate the scannerso it can no longer be used.
- Shipping & Logistics: Once approved, ADAE will guide you through shipping and next steps. Worldwide air express shipping is available for qualifying upgrades.
- Warranty & Support: New scanners include 1-year warranty and lifetime free technical support, unless otherwise specified.
- Program Updates: ADAE may update these terms at any time.
