ADAE Fully Adjustable Dental Articulator

The fully adjustable dental articulator is a precise, steady, and delicate dental lab model equipment. It provides a realistic simulation of dental prosthesis restoration models without the need for a patient. This articulator is capable of detecting, checking, and eliminating any imperfections as small as 20 micrometers. It is an excellent calibration tool for both dentists and dental lab technicians. Its design and functionality closely resemble the Amann Artx CR articulator.

Facebow

The facebow dental product is 100% compatible with the Artx dental system. It has a similar design to the Artx dental facebow kit. The dental facebow secures in each of the 3 planes of reference with just a single turn of the toggle, collecting all the data needed to ensure that a restoration is made accurately in relation to the patient's anatomy. This results in less need for professional involvement and a faster, more efficient seating process for the dentist. The Artx facebow significantly reduces treatment time at the chairside.

Facebow Transfer Plates Kit

The facebow transfer plates kit is compatible with the Artx system and includes 5pcs row teeth plates. This kit works by transferring the patient's bitefork registration to a dental stand that is set in plaster on a table with a magnetic base. The magnetic transfer table and bitefork registration are sent to the lab, where the base is "snapped" into the Artx articulator with a magnetic base counterpart. This allows the lab to use the bitefork representing the maxillary registration for reference when mounting the top case.

Transfer Stand

The facebow dental transfer stand is compatible with the Artx dental system. The stand includes magnetic mounting plates that allow for easy transfer of the registration from the facebow to the articulator.
