Structure and Working Principle:

1. The injection system consists of a heater and a hot press.

2. The heater heats the cartridge to a temperature of 282°C - 288°C for about 7 minutes 30 seconds to 11 minutes, melting the flexible denture material inside the cartridge.

3. The hot press injects the molten material into the pre-prepared flask.

4. The heater emits a beep sound when the heating process is completed.
